Thanks for coming to this website, which will tell you a little more about Your Shout and our fieldwork team. Your Shout is a community consultation company which carries out consultation throughout the UK.

Our fieldwork team carries our surveys and helps local residents to make their comments about planning applications. 

If you have completed a survey or letter, then thank you.  Results from the survey will be included in a report which will be submitted to the local authority.  Letters will be forwarded to the relevant local planning authority, so that they can take your comments in to account when deciding upon this planning application.

Data will be held by Your Shout and the project team. Your comments, name and address details may be given to the local planning authority as part of the planning application process. By volunteering this information, you are giving your consent for us to process your data. You are also confirming you are aged 16 or over. You have a right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at any time if you feel there is a problem with the way we are handling your data.
