Leading a team of around 15 people, our leadership comes from Managing Director Richard Patient and Chief Commercial Officer Matt Harmer. Here's a quick tour of the company:
Our parent company Thorncliffe was established in 1999, in a side street between Brixton, Clapham and Streatham – Thorncliffe Road.
One of our earliest projects was the £4.5bn Brent Cross Cricklewood scheme, one of the Mayor of London’s key growth projects, and amongst one of the most ambitious across Europe.
We were part of the radical change in terms of residential accommodation, with Pan Peninsula on the Isle of Dogs started in the mid 2000s. Our skills are now helping to transform other boroughs like Hackney, Lewisham, Newham, Islington, Greenwich as well as Tower Hamlets.
Since our beginning, our Your Shout brand helped us win campaigns on estates such the Aylesbury and Heygate in Southwark, West Hendon and Stonegrove in Barnet, and South Kilburn in Brent. Our fieldwork team is now driving our success in discovering folk to write letters of support.
We've now worked on countless major schemes, including for instance both AFC Wimbledon to Wimbledon AELTC Tennis.
We've also been at the forefront of the renewable sector, working extensively on wind farms until 2015, and now on solar, BESS, data centres, as well as wind.
We are one of only a handful of companies that has had a Code of Conduct approved by ORCL – the Office of the Registrar of Consultant Lobbyists, the semi-autonomous government body that “regulates” our industry. That’s because we adhere to a externally-enforced code of conduct.
We're also one of the very few in our industry to have achieved the Investors in People Gold standard, which helps ensure we delivered best practice in everything we do.
