Most certainly.  We organise exhibitions, and have our own consultation portal, communityUK.  We organise workshops, charettes, talk to stakeholders and politicians.  We produce SCIs - or Statements of Community Involvement.  In fact, we do all the things you'd expect a consultation company to do, and more.
