The Chiswick High Road project involved the redevelopment of an existing business centre into new office space and 61 new homes.

Our consultation process helped to develop a scheme with new landscaped public amenity space. We brought the design team together with local residents and councillors at a public exhibition event. Following this, we presented at a meeting of the local amenity society and met with neighbours in their homes to discuss the scheme’s design developments. Throughout the consultation process we made all our information available online on our consultation website. The scheme was particularly improved with the help of a nearby nature reserve who suggested we include sparrow boxes on the rear of the building. The scheme has now gained planning permission.
